How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Transit takes 5-8 business days. Total estimated delivery is 6-10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all US orders with no minimum order value.
Do you include a free gift with orders?
Yes. Every order includes a complimentary gold-toned bracelet at no additional cost. This promotional gift is not eligible for separate return or refund. If you return your main item, you may keep the bracelet.
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Received a defective or wrong item? Contact us at support@lumi-rae.com within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement right away.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@lumi-rae.com. After that, the order can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Check our Return policy in the footer for more information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Allow additional 2-5 business days for your bank to reflect the amount.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
